Steel FYI Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the referral program ("Referral Program") offered by Steel FYI Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By participating in the Referral Program, the referring partner ("Referrer", "you") agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Referral Program is open to businesses and individuals who have entered into a referral agreement with Steel FYI.

2.2. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting Steel FYI's services.

3. Referral Process

3.1. To qualify for a referral fee, the Referrer must submit a referral through the designated referral form or method provided by Steel FYI.

3.2. The referral must be a new customer ("Referred Customer") who has not previously engaged with Steel FYI.

3.3. The Referred Customer must enter into a contract for services with Steel FYI within 6 months of the referral.

4. Referral Fee

4.1. Referrers are eligible to receive a referral fee of 10% of the net revenue generated from the Referred Customer's first contract with Steel FYI.

4.2. The referral fee is calculated based on the net revenue received by Steel FYI, excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, and any other deductions.

4.3. Referral fees will be paid within 30 days after Steel FYI receives full payment from the Referred Customer.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Referral fees will be paid via the payment method specified by the Referrer in the referral form.

5.2. The Referrer is responsible for any taxes applicable to the referral fees received.

5.3. If a Referred Customer cancels their contract or requests a refund, Steel FYI reserves the right to deduct the corresponding referral fee from future payments to the Referrer.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. The Referrer agrees to keep confidential any information related to Steel FYI's business, customers, and Referral Program.

6.2. The Referrer shall not disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of Steel FYI.

7. Termination

7.1. Steel FYI reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program or the Referrer's participation in the Referral Program at any time, with or without cause.

7.2. In the event of termination, the Referrer will be entitled to receive any referral fees earned prior to the termination date.

8. Amendments

8.1. Steel FYI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Referrer in writing or via email.

8.2. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
